An amazing sense of community and genuine support from everyone in there is what separates this gym from the rest. I've done the new gym; new me cycle a few times previously, all ending in boredom and ultimately failure in in the past. The sense of community found in the classes is what's lead me to finding success, motivation and enjoyment straight away. Great gym. Dean and the other PTs make you feel part of the kinetics family from the get go. So supportive on your journey whether it be weight loss or general fitness. Love the class programs and would highly recommend if you need to boost your confidence for first time gym goers

Been at Kintetics since April 2022 and love it. Originally joined on the 6 week programme and stayed on after the 6 weeks as really enjoyed the training and all of the advise. Trainers are great, loads of advice and guidance with regular opportunities to check in, get measurements and discuss goals and nutrition. Really great atmosphere and every class is full of laughs and plenty of hard work. Thanks Team K

I joined The Kinetics’s Family in Jan 2020 having tried everything and did not want to go back in to a gym as I’d done it for years and was bored. I did the 6 weeks challenge and the results were incredible. I joined and haven’t looked back. You can’t get bored here Dean and the team are fabulous they make you accountable for your actions. 6 weeks ago I joined Kinetics Gym & Personal Training Lytham St. Annes and started their 6 week challenge... As most of you know I haven't been very active for about 20 years but I've really enjoyed this challenge and found the classes and instructors are great. I've lost just under 2 stone in fat which is 10% of my body fat in 6 weeks. I did have plenty to lose as the before and after photo shows but I'm happy.
