  • I've been training with David for almost six months now, he's been great at motivating me to push harder each session and carefully manages the exercise plan around an injury. David also keeps me honest with my diet to make sure I'm eating properly. Every week I'm feeling stronger and healthier!

  • Working with David, I was able to understand my nutritional intake and work out a custom plan that allowed me to lose 10kg over the space of 2 months. In the gym we focused on cardio to begin and gradually moved to building muscle. It had been years since I had trained due to covid and he made me feel comfortable and was very supportive. The positive impact it made on my life overall was worth every penny.

He pushes your limits, no excuses I did an intense cardio treadmill workout with him (something I thought I wouldn’t be able able to do) , boxing (learnt techniques I was not aware of) and strength training. Definitely an amazing PT to have
