Kate has been an amazing PT for me. Carefully planned sessions, adapted to my back issues, with challenge and variety. Kate’s sessions are varied, challenging and carefully planned according to your goals. I have used Katie as a personal trainer for 3 months to help me lose fat, tone up, and get me in a good routine to help build my motivation to exercise. Katie’s sessions were a really good mix of weight lifting and circuits, which were varied and challenging, and I have seen really good progress with my strength. Would definitely recommend 😁

When I first met Katie last April I went to her scared and nervous to even be in a gym, I was in daily pain from scoliosis and had a weak core due to ab separation from childbirth. I've recently finished having some PT sessions with Katie at Kiltr Fitness and I honestly could not recommend her enough. She has the balance of pushing you to reach your potential but knowing when you've given as much as you can give. She has helped me build up my confidence in the gym and is so supportive.
