  • Kieran is a fantastic, experienced Personal Trainer who I’ve had the pleasure of training with for many years now. His workouts are always fun and enjoyable and he’s helped me achieve my strength and body toning goals with amazing results! I’m much more confident in the gym now, after following his tailor-made programs for when I train alone, so I can maintain my progress all year round - I can’t recommend Kieran highly enough!

  • I went to Kieran as I wanted to gain more strength, I'd found my knees were particularly week. Kieran has managed to build my strength up and I'm feeling so much better. I'm surprised how much I enjoy the sessions, Kieran changes what we do and I'm never pushed too hard. He is lovely, very patient, keeps us motivated both in the gym and weekly goals which he sets to keep us on track. I have lost weight and feel fitter and stronger than I have for a long time. The gym is a friendly and welcoming place somewhere suitable for anyone 18-80.
