Kiera is an amazing trainer. Incredibly friendly and personable - she knows exactly when to push you and how to help you achieve your goals! Kiera introduced me to the world of calisthenics and it has added such versatility to my training. She has taught me how calisthenics helps in other aspects of weight training and what works best - and it’s now paying off in helping me achieve so many goals! I've made great progress since starting to work with Kiera - after many attempts at getting into gym routines in the past I finally feel comfortable and enjoy going and can see it paying off. Kiera is super friendly and encouraging, gets the right balance of challenge without undue pressure, and also has a great online set up that has helped me get the most out of my gym visits in between training sessions. I've been attending Kiera's "Force" classes as I was looking for something different rather than the run of the mill standard gym program to build back some strength due to a shoulder injury I'd had. I have definitely made the right choice, the progress I've made in the classes has been incredible, who knew that I'd once again be able to do pull ups ! Kiera is an amazing trainer. I’ve been training with her for the past 2 months and enjoyed every single session.
