I am deeply troubled by how my son's recent incident at Kids Collective was handled. My partner received a phone call in the morning informing us of an incident involving our 5-year-old son and a staff member, which was reported as severe. Despite our inquiries, we were only told that our son unintentionally poked the staff member in the groin while playing. We requested more information, but the answers provided were unsatisfactory. Excellent provision for before and after school care and great holiday clubs too!!

My son and daughter just love kids collective ,can't any more.Good service,good staff,good facilities,a parents trusted company,we love it .
