Kieth is passionate about what he does. He is a great trainer with an eye for detail. He approaches this in a person centred way with the ability to adapt to each person's needs. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Keith a few months now and have learnt a lot of new techniques, he works with everyone in an individual way with mixed abilities, adapts methods and encourages us the whole way throughout a session. I've been to a number of classes that Keith has to offer and I can not recommend him enough. I came across one of his classes mid February and my fitness journey started there. He is very welcoming and patient and offers gentle encouragement when needed, and you can always be guaranteed a laugh. I have been attending Keith's classes for the past 3 months, he's very easy to talk to, understands what your aiming for and works towards those goals. I find he motivates me, which is something I definitely need, he also posts a lot of helpful tips on his site.
