Kew Cricket Club

Probably looks better in winter because I do not fancy having to dive for the ball when it’s like this. I waited here for a match I had arrived early, as the stadium is down the road. I started to watch the training and was impressed the lads, using the nets. It was enjoyable to watch the togetherness and skill execution.

Many good days spent chilling on the green here with a few cold beers from the clubhouse. Great staff too. If you guys could just move the main road that would be great 😉.

The cricket club is just in front of Kew Gardens gate and is very much accessible by public transportation. But the club field is not that big and is surrounded by main roads which is very risky as the cricket balls can easily go outside the field and can hurt people. The field is used by local residents as well. Otherwise the club and the area is very good.

Nice ground for a game and a well stocked bar! Parking is a little difficult.

My family has been involved in this cricket club for +75 years now & has to be the greatest for superb playing standards, hospitality; 2nd to none, reasonable prices & socially for the family magnificient.
