  • Group sessions at Kept Fit are like a cross between personal training and the most fun PE lesson you ever had as a kid! The gym is small and simple, but the lack of pool and gadgety equipment is made up for 100% by the training on offer. I've learnt so much, been given the confidence to tried new things and actually made progress rather than just messing about on machines. Challenging but enjoyable sessions that can be tailored to whatever goal you choose, and a lovely sense of community.

  • I love this gym. It's inclusive, it's fun, and it's functional. As a personal trainer I was picky with who/where I wanted to train. All the staff here are lovely and are excellent at what they do, but I've had personal training with Alex, who is really knowledgeable, supportive and non-judgmental. I attend the group classes which are so inclusive and you quickly become part of a community. I also joined the weightlifting club coached by Common Wealth Weightlifting Champion Alex Collier.   • Excellent gym. They make it easy to work hard, through well planned and enjoyable training sessions aimed at all levels of fitness. Behind the fun there is some serious expertise, and with kept fit's support I've achieved more than I imagined I could!

  • On the anniversary of lockdown I would like to say a great big thanks to the Kept Fit team. The coaches quickly adapted to offering on-line sessions and a few on-line social events too. The standards of coaching have remained high, and barriers to home gym sessions have been overcome. Can't wait to get back though! It does what it says on the tin - I've been "Kept Fit " (ish).
