i think the gym is good... the coach is awesome, very helpful which helps a lot once you're a beginner. they have good vibes going on during training as well

Excellent Muay Thai fighters I’ve held my own in many a scary MMA sparring matchup. I had a great scrap with the fighters here. Really good vibes, enthusiastic, dangerous,…much love it was fun. Now this is a real fight gym! My friend trains there and encouraged me to go so I went for the beginners Muay Thai class and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pretty nervous but really I didnt need to be even though it was quite advanced / intense compared to what I thought it would be but that was no bad thing... I wasn't going there for an easy ride. It was a serious warm up that had me sweating bullets and proper stretching which was great as I need that due to not being in the best shape...
