Kenpo Protection Systems - Total Adult Self Defence

Joined Kenpo last night. Had a great time learning self-defence techniques in a fun, safe environment. Paul Jackson, instructor was brilliant in not only demonstrating the techniques but also explaining how and why they work. Given lots of opportunities to practise the defence moves. Met other members of the class who were friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back next week. Great way to learn self-defence, get fit, gain confidence, meet other people. Joined in Feb last year aged 53. - never too late to learn something new !!! Great set of instructors, always very encouraging and also a very friendly bunch in the class. Can’t recommend it highly enough as a brilliant way to learn self defence, improve fitness and meet people in a friendly safe environment. Give it a go - you’ll love it!!!

The Paignton kenpo club is simply awesome. Great instructors, fellow members, great fitness and exercise, an effective self defence system, and an exciting curriculum that makes you want to learn more and more. We also offer a social aspect with periodic nights out to relax over a pint and talk kenpo. I totally recommend this club and know that you will not be disappointed.

Everyone at the club is very welcoming and the instructors really know their stuff! I have learned a variety of skills since joining and it is great for your fitness. The wide range of abilities mean that everyone can succeed here. Great fun!

I have wanted to try to learn self defence for many years but never felt confident enough to join a club. I was advised to check out this club and I am so pleased that I did. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with open arms. The instruction is patient and very thorough. Paul is a great instructor and has great talent. Kenpo has truly opened my eyes. I cannot recommend it enough.
