Great facility for a town the size of Kendal. Lodge staff, slope supervisors and instructors are all friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. The slope itself is modest sized but has some good "terrain" that helps maintain interest. The uplift is old but serviceable, and takes a bit of getting used to.
Took my son here for skiing and he had a great time with nice members of staff and skiing supervisor. We went the following week and my son was very exited to ski. We were told he couldn’t ski as he was too young. My son was very upset as he had been looking forward to it all week. It doesn’t say anywhere on the website about 3 being too young it just says under 16 has to have a parent guardian to sign which is what I did the previous week.
