Chris changed my world. I was living on cup a soup. Now, I eat proper meals but am toned, confident and have a better mentality. I no longer diet and exercise. I eat and train. I have lost inches, and I am so much happier with my body, which has reflected in my mental health. Chris trains you hard but every moment is worth it. Kelly's Coaching is an awesome place, Chris is a fantastic, knowledgeable trainer/coach. If it's weight loss, muscle building or food and nutrition, then look no further, he has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to help and advise his clients. For the group classes at the centre, they are hard work but rewarding. There is a great group of people that will always push and encourage you, so that you get the most out of your workouts. I personally wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
