I met Keith by chance in the summer of 2012. After being diagnosed with many autoimmune conditions, I wanted a gentle way back into training (I am ballet teacher). I cannot thank Keith enough for helping me. As well as being an excellent Tai Chi instructor, which is where I met him, he is calm, patient and kind. I thoroughly recommend Keith's Tai Qi class: it improves relaxation, flexibility, posture, and breathing. Classes are an absolute bargain and there is also the opportunity for 121 classes outside of this. Keith is also a friendly and attentive 'shifu'!
