Keep Fit Darlington.

Been going for around 7-8 months now, the staff are delightful and always have a positive attitude. Extremely welcoming, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone whether you’re a beginner or a pro.

I've been a member of 'Keep Fit Darlington' for 3 years, and I've loved every minute I've spent in it. The facilities are spotless all the time, and the huge variety of equipment is well maintained. Additionally, the staff are professional and knowledgeable, and gym members are treated like family instead of a number. As long as this gym is available, I'll be there!

Great gym , nice and quiet, really tidy gym, has everything needed even outdoor part for training, friendly staff , drinks available and protein and other benefits, highly recommended

Really nice atmosphere in this gym very freindly team and also on hand to help out if needed. also a having the sun-bed and protein bar is a grate benefit. I would recommend any one to try this place beginner or pro
