Julie is more interested in making money than the training of puppy’s. We paid for a full 6 weeks training but when our puppy came into season, quite rightly we were unable to attend. But Julie would not add our lessons to the end of the course only sent us a list of activities that had been covered in class..no videos nothing … she did say we could attend the last lesson but quite frankly by then we had lost heart/confidence . Been with Keegan's Knines for a long while now. When we started my dog was reactive but with a lot of hard work both in and out of class he is much, much better. He isn't perfect, he still has things he reacts to but the list is getting smaller. He has earned his gold certificate and goes to agility classes.
