We attended the family session on a Saturday morning, Izzie and Garry were amazing from the start, they supported me with the process of getting a large group of us signed up and supported us through out our short time with them. They were amazing with my daughter who has autism and other needs, and accepted her like all the others. They were professional, friendly and approachable. I look forward to joining back up with them in the new year some time :) I couldn't recommend them highly enoug...

A fantastic enviroment to learn a great form of martial arts. Friendly, progressive, and always a considerate approach to learning. Great for fitness, focus, improved coordination, and meeting some great people.

A very friendly, accessible and inclusive club catering for the entire range of abilities. Great value, run by several highly experienced and patient instructors and there's absolutely no pressure to compete. Very highly recommended.
