I returned to Judo six months ago after a 40+ year absence, purely to support my son who wanted to give it a go. I enrolled with Kazoku as it was local to me and from the outset Eva has been supportive, challenging and most of all, passionate about bringing out the best in her Jodoka. Her coaching team at Newquay (Rob, Conor, Jamie) are all excellent - patient when I need to be shown time and time (and time...) again. The atmosphere at Kazoku is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended....

I have been attending Truro Judo Club for a few months, after a break from Judo of around 10 years. The club is incredibly welcoming and Sensei Eva has been an inspiration, constantly encouraging club members to develop their own style of Judo, pushing us all to compete whilst competing herself at a national level. I would recommend this club to anyone of any level as Sensei Eva makes all the sessions accessible to beginners, as well as more experienced judoka.

My daughter has been attending this judo club for 2 years and absolutely loves it!! She attends both sessions in Truro, one session at the Porthtowan satellite club and every competition going!! Sensei Eva and Coach Rob are both great and do their best to make sure that everyone has fun as well as learning something :o)
