Katie is the best PT I have ever worked with. Prior to be trained by Katie I spent a lot of time in the gym! I felt like I was in reasonable shape and was pretty happy with my physique! I would flog myself doing cardio for hours as a time and do classes like body pump etc ... it was all fairly dull, time consuming, repetitive and hard work but it did the job! Katie is the best personal trainer that I've ever had a session with. She has so much knowledge and pushes me every session. I have progressed so much in major olympic lifts and cant wait to see where I'm at in the next few months. She is really good at alternative exercises as I have a hip injury which can cause problems sometimes. She doesnt give a programme which fits all, absolutely everything is tailored.
