  • Katie is an amazing trainer, who plans your sessions around your goals! I was very nervous about doing personal training but Katie put me at ease from the start!   • We started working with Katie earlier this year and although she doesn't usually train men because I tagged along with the other half she took me on as well. Her training is focused to your goals and the sessions are always fun if hard work. She will never push you beyond what you are capable of but will always encourage you to push yourself that little bit more than you want to do.
