  • Kat is a brilliant PT. She is very knowledgable, good fun to work out with and gets good results. She listens to your goals and needs and designs workouts to you. I used to go to the gym but I didn’t feel I got the results I wanted and wasn’t sure about what I should be doing postnatally.
