Body strong is a challenging class but in the best way, helping me become stronger , some weeks surprising myself , Katherine always offers good tips if you're finding it challenging to get started and finding ways to start moving your body with equipment and pointers to improve posture to get the best from your body on that day

Great class. Kat has slowly introduced me to the basics of yoga. Everyone works to their own ability but Kat will encourage you to push that little bit further. Being so focused on my body and movements enables a window of peace from the many everyday thoughts in my mind. Kat is kind, funny and supportive. She also has a great singing voice! Highly recommend giving it a try.

This yoga class is superb. The Monday morning class sets me up in a positive mindset for the week. I love my regular commitment to this class. Kat is a wonderful teacher - experienced, kind and understanding. The group is friendly and the location is fantastic overlooking the sea. I highly recommend.
