She has helped me achieve more than I ever dreamed of including a massive PB deadlift. Whether it’s in her garden, the gym or on FaceTime in our virtual lockdown sessions, Kate keeps me motivated and smiling with her positive attitude and excellent dance moves.

  • Kate is amazing, so much fun to work with and so knowledgeable, and is really helping me to become stronger and fitter for my general health yet also for my job...so we work on exercises specific to improving this, which varies from week to week keeping it interesting and never boring!
