Private classes with Paty are a joy. Learning and experiencing yoga with someone who clearly loves what she is doing is not just instructive but enjoyable. I feel so relaxed and yet full of energy after the class. I look forward to the next class! Such a gem!

I went to Paty’s in-person Release and Restore class and it was very relaxing. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder and Paty was great - offering personalised advice on how I could adapt the yoga poses. Paty explained everything clearly and created a warm, welcoming environment. The relaxation at the end was perfect. I felt so refreshed, relaxed and didn’t want to leave.

I had a great experience at my first Yoga class with Paty, she made me feel comfortable and most important she explained the importance to work according to your body’s limitations regardless of your personal Yoga levels . Paty is friendly and exceptional on accommodating me .I will definitely come back!

I hadn't been to a yoga class for many years - Paty's class has been a great way back into establishing a daily practice. She is warm and encouraging and makes sure everyone is able to work at a level that is right for them. I am already feeling the benefit of practising regularly - my backache has reduced and I feel more flexible.

I’ve recently started attending both hatha yoga and restorative yoga classes here and I thought I must write a review. Having been in and out of yoga classes for the past 13 years I’ve found these to be one of the best classes I’ve been to. Pati engages with her classes giving great attention to detail, she will ensure you listen to your body and will always be there to help you to hold your pose correctly.
