Sopah karate school is one of the best I ever attended, the family atmosphere the friendly international instructor and the friendly and the sense of belonging they create.

My kids have been coming here for the last 2 years, they have become fitter, more confident and made some great friends. Great coaches, safe and friendly enviroment.

Family friendly club . Great progression for the kids. Unlike other clubs they don't push grading for the sake of it and ensure kids are ready before putting them forward.

Great karate with young and old, good knowledge and experience & also fitness is good and they do traditional & sport karate, they even have FEW European champions who compete for the Wadokai England squad
