So pleased my both teen 16 and 19 years old are enjoying their regular weekly private session with Kam - He is full of knowledge, patience and hard working trainer. He is very good at checking alignment before performing a movement makes such a difference to get the most out of the exercise. I've worked with Kam for 12 months for circuit training at the gym and for personal training, he is very motivational and knowledgeable across everything involved with the body, from fitness, diet and my mental health. This week I used him for a massage to cure a back injury caused through poor posture and within 48 hours I'm so delighted to say that the pain is gone. Working with Kam has been brilliant! He has a really relaxed, patient but firm style which has helped me to build confidence in my fitness levels and to believe that I can achieve more! Kam has supported me to build strength before an ACL reconstruction and is now with me every step of the way as I move through a 12 month recovery programme. I literally would not have been brave enough to do it without him. Highly recommended!
