Kaizen Ryu Karate Dagenham

My nearly 6 year old son has been learning karate here for nearly a year. It has shown him respect, discipline, resilience, focus, growing his independence and not to forget enjoyment. Sensei Marie and Sensei Indy are amazing and true professional in their industry. I couldn't be any happier with my sons overall development in this club.
