My daughter started around 4 months ago and absolutely loves it. Great members who make her feel very welcome. No BS, no pressure, no ripping you off, and no nasty people. Wayne is a very approachable guy with many years experience and knowledge which gives me great confidence knowing my daughter has started training with good people around her.

Amazing club with four great instructors. No ego’s. Caters for all shapes, ages and sizes. Three sessions a week for just £12.50.. What not to like 👍

A fantastic club with a fantastic instructor. I have known Sensei Wayne Thomas for a number of years and consider him to be one of the most talented martial artists I have had the pleasure of knowing, the skills he passes on to his students are at the highest level and I would recommend him and his club to anyone who not only wants to learn kickboxing in the true way but also wants to develop their character and discipline.

Fab class, son is an instructor there, all instructors are helpful and patient when teaching, would recommend to everyone to come and try it out, friendly atmosphere.
