Booked us in why he was on holiday so when we arrived there was no one there and was ignoring messages ??? When finally replied asked to rebook because he on way home from a holiday, like travelling back and forth is free for us. Why would you book someone in knowing its the day your coming off a holiday so you waste our time, do not recommend going here 👍🏻

Absolutely amazing experience all the time! We took our General over for a full groom, he looked absolutely gorgeous when they let him out to us. Staff are very very helpful and are a friendly team. Prices are very cheap and affordable:) 😃 👌 Thank you so much.

Don’t believe the fake reviews that have been published on here go and check them out for yourself you will in no way be disappointed. Shame that fake profiles are allowed to post fake reviews to try and destroy a business and someone’s livelihood. What an amazing company these guys have built I hope they are proud because I can guarantee that no one will be able to find anyone on this earth that loves dogs as much as they do. They are smashing it and unlike all the local jealous competitors ...

Went to K9 Hydro clinic for the first time this morning with my dog Maddie for a swim. Maddie is only really a fan of swimming in dirty lakes so wasn't too impressed to begin with but with some encouragement she did really well! She also had a go on the slat mill which she loved! I will definitely be bringing her back, the staff are friendly and you can tell they're real dog people. Would recommend their services to anyone ☺

Wouldn’t take my two dogs anywhere else. The staff are great and Stevie loves her visits! Our puppy Ru most definitely is not a fan of a groom but the guys there are great with her. Stevie has had a go at the pool and treadmill as well as having full grooms. Everyone who works there are real dog people and clearly have a true love for all dogs but especially bulldog breeds. Great deals on and they always manage to squeeze us in at short notice. I can’t recommend them enough
