I thoroughly recommend Kathyrn's Mumma Rebuild sessions. It's difficult to find classes that are focused on new mums, so these are brilliant for getting back into exercise more easily, as you can take your baby along with you! And of course it's also fun for them. Sessions are varied to keep it interesting and I feel like I've worked my whole body afterwards. I've been attending Kathryn's 'Mumma Rebuild' classes for a few weeks now and love them! The circuit format keeps things fun and there's always a variety of new exercises to try. Kathryn is very knowledgeable and always takes the time in class to ensure we're comfortable and performing exercises correctly. I booked PT sessions with Kathryn shortly after having my daughter in May. She really helped me build up my strength postpartum and gave me the confidence to start training again. She was always on time to our 1-1 sessions and was extremely accommodating to time changes if my baby was playing up! She even helped me feed Sienna during a session which was very helpful. I would recommend Kathryn!
