I have been training with Kelsey for over 3 years now. Before I found K Sturges I found it difficult to be consistent with other types of fitness and got bored easily, but with Kelsey I have been able to stay consistent due to the varied classes. The sessions range from weights to hiit and are always different each time. I always feel Kelsey knows what each individual can push themselves to which helps them make progress. I can’t recommend Kelsey enough!

I have been training with Kelsey for 5 years and still love the variety and environment her PT and classes provide! Her style and offering evolves to suit her clients needs and she is positive, encouraging and inclusive. I would really recommend her to anyone - whether you are new to working out, experienced with your fitness, postpartum etc, I have been on all ends of the spectrum and found Kelsey to be able to manage all perfectly!

I’ve been with Kelsey for over a year now and absolutely love going to Kelsey each week. Every week is different with Kelsey understanding my aims and my limits. Highly recommend especially if you are new to fitness like I was.

I started PT training with Kelsey to help me regain my fitness and strength. She listens to what you want to do and tailors each session to suit you. She makes it enjoyable and challenging so you are never bored. Classes are also fun and sweaty and she makes sure everyone feels welcome regardless of age or ability. Fitness is now part of my weekly routine and I hate missing a session. Thanks Kelsey!

Really enjoy my weekly sessions training with Kelsey, be it a 1 on 1 personal training session tailored to my ability and fitness levels or joining a group at boot camp, it’s always a good challenge and loads of fun. Would recommend Kelsey no matter your fitness levels.
