Would rate them 0 stars if I could. Awful company to work for, only care for the close nit family staff and people that work like slaves for them. Booked me in to work 3 16 hour shifts on the trot when in my induction I specifically said I only wanted 32 hours a week. Underpaid me by a drastic amount (I was owed double of what they paid me) and said it was because I didn’t return uniform when they never asked me to! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Disgusting company. Refuse to give staff a copy of their contract. Discriminate against different ethnicities and backgrounds. Also break the law by not giving their staff 11 hour gaps between shifts after making them work 16 hour days!!! The height of unprofessionalism. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Never been made to feel so small in my life. The interview had absolutely no organisation to it. I was just being watched/distracted while filling an application in (no application was sent before hand). Due to a mistake in my past I was completely scrutinized and effectively discriminated against before I even had chance to explain or interview correctly. There was 0 professionalism. Not very pleased with this service at all, poor communication, poor attitude at times and not completing care to the standard expected. For example, not washing patient for over 2 days or brushing teeth and not motivating patient to walk and move in order to prevent pressure sores. Paramedics who were called even stepped in to tell one carer to come back and finish her job. Booked for one hour either end of the day and yet would try and leave as soon as possible. Improvements needed.

I've been working for this agency a while, they've plenty of work, at good rates of pay and are very flexible with my shifts. always very friendly and helpful when you need to speak to the staff in the office. 5 stars really isn't enough
