I have been with a few different trainers and had varied results. Jamie has been by far the most consistent whilst being completely manageable around every day life. With work and 2 kids it was important to me that I didn't have to work out every day so I have been doing 2 sessions a week for a couple of years now. I have been training with Jamie for a few months now and find he is very good at what he does. I have always found it difficult to motivate myself into doing any form of exercise, but since training with Jamie I have found it a lot easier to do various exercises that I wouldn’t of done before on my own. I've worked with Jamie for a couple of years now and I cant' recommend him more highly. Jamie has helped me to work on my goals and I'm really pleased with what I've managed to achieve. Jamie gets me to work much harder than I would if left to my own devices but with gentle encouragement. Sessions with Jamie are very good value for money and right now we are doing WhatsApp sessions because we can't meet in person and it's working really well.
