The way Julie spoke about meditation I was drawn to it. Julie guides you through wonderful meditations that reconnect your chakras, that speak about feelings and letting go and just letting the thoughts pass. What she taught me about meditation I still carry in my day to day, have less anxiety and sleep better.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience during my meditation journey with Julie! She’s been an amazing teacher over the years and her knowledge, kindness and positivity is second to none. Meditation has helped me to relax, really focus and view life with a different (and better) perspective. It’s definately something that I will now always have with me no matter what life throws! Julie is a wonderful meditation teacher and my practice has deepened as a result of her amazing guidance and support. Julie has a lot of knowledge and shares this in a way that meets you where you are, from a novice through to an experienced meditator. Julie is a great teacher and guide. I joined her for a meditation retreat as well as guided weekly sessions a few years afterwards, when I felt I needed a refresher and a way to break the cycle around feeling anxious but feeling I didn’t have time to meditate and then feeling anxious about it. Julie is patient and understanding and has a lovely way about her that instantly makes you feel in the zone and ready.
