Julie is a motivational trainer. She is very supportive, and will get the best out of you. I did a bootcamp session with her and have done a few 2 and 3 mile runs with her. She makes me sweat....but smile as well.
Julie is a very committed and friendly personal Trainer, I enjoy her varied and fun training sessions. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in having a personal trainer - young, old, beginner or intermediate to work with Julie.
