  • I’ve completed two different workshops run by Julia. Both were calm, relaxing spaces where I felt safe and welcome. Lots of useful skills and resources shared which allowed me to build on what I had learnt in the session. Gentle yoga, mindfulness and journaling prompts we’re all really helpful. Would highly recommend Julia Hankins Well-Being.

  • Classroom Calm ~ Highly Recommend ~ I thoroughly enjoyed Julia’s Classroom Calm course... this was a two hour session which doesn’t sound long but the knowledge, tools, ideas and practical activities and resources that were packed into it were incredible . The course was clear, concise and full of amazing tips and techniques to use both in the classroom and with small groups. I will also be using some of the techniques in my own holistic therapy business. Thank you Julia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Myself and my son were so fortunate to attend Julia’s kids yoga sessions at the Plas - Dolanog during the summer. Julia has such a beautifully calming presence and really knows how to connect with the children (and adults) she works with. The yoga sessions were pitched perfectly for the children and gave lots of opportunities for the children to show their own creativity and ideas for yoga poses.   • I had the pleasure of attending Julia's 'Winter Wellness' event this weekend and I am so grateful to Julia for holding space for me and the other people in the group to rest and reset. Julia has a calm and caring manner which was evident throughout and the hot chocolate moment was the cherry on top of an already delicious cake!
