Nice place to visit. Good on site toilet, waste and wash versilties. Friendly staff and visitors. Good standered pegs havnt seen alot of fish out of ther but the fish are there.. A small on site tackle/bait shop would take it to a 5 star..

Great venue 👌, nice members community/bailiffs and plenty of space around and in between pegs. Let's not forget about good stock of nice fish👍, if the big ones don't take it🙃, go for small ones and you'll not be disappointed 😉.

Great day ticket venue with two lakes, mixed fishery. Clean with toilets and ample parking. Must have Leamington angling association membership, which can be bought at your fishing peg on the day

Owners are lovely. Pegs are spot on.Gish are in great condition. Choice of 2 well stocked lakes
