  • I’ve worked with James for a few months and I started seeing improvement in just 4 weeks. He helped me build up my strength and lose weight. When I started I had sever knee pain and James helped me to build up the muscles around my knee which contributed to my overall lifestyle change. It was such a pleasure to work with him.
