I cant recommend Jordan enough I was so skeptical about having a PT I've always hated the gym and exercise but now I can't imagine it not being part of my life! Jordan is really knowledgeable about the body and the best way to train he also made a very nervous, self conscious person feel completely at ease. More importantly he makes exercising fun and adapts exercises to suit your needs. Im feeling much stronger and happier in my own body now!

I loved training with Jord. When we started I had a real chip on my shoulder about the gym and also about myself. Over 3 months I learnt so much and am now a total convert. Jordan has so much knowledge which he shares in a really informal, not intimidating way. He could answer any question I threw at him. I steadily lost weight and gained strength in my time with him. Sessions were fun and I looked forward to them every week. If he wasn’t off to Oz I would 100% still be training with him.

Jordan was amazing. After doing a questionnaire, he came up with a brilliant workout routine that fitted with me and my lifestyle. I felt that it was a plan only for me. Along with the gym routine, I was advised on how to increase my calorie and protein intake, as well as a progress sheet, so I could follow exactly how much progress I was making and if I needed to push harder. Having Jordan as my PT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to my fitness. Jordan has been extremely helpful and has guided me in all aspects on my weight loss journey. As a busy working mum it has been years since I had stepped foot in a gym so I was bit apprehensive. However after meeting Jordan he made me feel very comfortable straight away.
