Fundamentals and Classics

Every Weds 6.30-7.30pm (UK time) from 26 Sept - 12 Dec (no class 17 Oct)

This autumn, we will be going back to exploring fundamental functions and relationships within our selves and our movement through the Feldenkrais Method, encountering classic lessons and discovering new ways to understand ourselves in action.

Each week we will encounter a different function or aspect that is key to our sense of being able to move with ease and freedom through our lives. For instance, we will explore our ability to turn through our spine, to round, extend or bend, as well as enlarging our repertoire of possibilities - looking to move with pleasure and reversibility.

The first few lessons will explore Fundamental Functions. There will be an early 'half-term' the week of 17th Oct, and then the following weeks we will move through a series of outstanding Classic lessons, that will be useful to return to for yourself.

Audio recordings of each class are available afterwards, so you don't have to attend the class in person, if you can't make that evening.
