  • Jonathan has been my trainer now for nearly 18 months (since January 2016) to improve general fitness, improve core strength and improve general wellbeing. It's been really beneficial and I feel fitter and don't suffer from the aches and pains I used to due to a lack of core strength. No 2 sessions are the same which keeps the routines fresh.   • I have been training with Jonathon for almost a year now and I have to say he is brilliant! He has a hugely extensive knowledge of health and nutrition and has helped me massively with my arthritis. He does tailored workouts to suit your needs and encourages you try and push on when you feel you can't do it. His workouts are varied and fun and his gym is very well equipped and a great place to work out. I cannot thank him enough for putting up with me! VERY highly recommended.
