I have worked with Jon for a number of years now and cannot recommend enough, I started out on the group Bootcamp classes which are great but now so have moved onto weekly personal training sessions. The sessions are well put together and Jon is so supportive and great to work with!
Trained with Jon and Chris for a couple of months so far. They’re really nice trainers and they set plans for each session, design dieting plans for you to keep working on it.
I train with Christopher . He is a really good and very supportive personal trainer (amazing) . The place is well equipped, clean and quiet. It is located in the city center which is perfect. Both Jon and Chris are very professional. It is highly recommend.
