Jon's a great trainer and a great guy. I've been training with him for 5+ years and he's steered me fantastically through ups and downs of injuries and kept me fully motivated. Highly recommened!

Jon is a great trainer. Whether you are looking for cross fit, weight lifting or general conditioning sessions. I particularly enjoyed our boxing sessions. Highly recommended.

Jon is a great PT to work with and tailors his approach very much to your personal needs. I had a suspected injury and specific physical goals and sessions were perfectly tailored to improving the injury and growing my upper body strength. Through Jon's support, my injury very much improved and I saw physical changes in my upper body, not to mention a clear improvement in strength. I highly recommend working with Jon :). Isabella McCoy

Great trainer with lots of experience and knowledge. After a big shoulder injury I felt unbalanced and unable to push myself safely in my training and wasn't able to get the same results as previously or lift like before the injury. Jon helped me safely gain my confidence using heavier weights and challenging myself more again and to change up my training to really get my body in a better shape than I had achieved before and maintain it.

I reached out to Jon expecting that it would take days if not weeks to agree and fully set up a 12 week transformation plan. I was very relieved when Jon and I managed to meet for an introductory session without fuss with full transparency around costs and expectations unlike other PTs.
