I cannot fault Matt Jolly one bit, an absolutely first class professional who knew exactly what I needed to do to recover from my leg injury & build strength to make me an even stronger runner. I’m running this year’s London Marathon and I will definitely be calling Matt throughout my training program to help me stay on track! Highly Recommend!!

My Personal Training sessions with Matt are always excellent. Matt pushes and motivates me whilst answering questions I may have about the exercises were doing. Matt also helps with my nutrition and gives advice via text when I have any questions. I highly recommend JollyFit.

Matt has changed my running style after a handful of sessions and transformed my run times beyond where I thought were possible. So very happy to have found someone who makes things bitesize, simple and does not overfase you with a mountain to climb. With what seems to be endless patience for endless questions. I couldn't recommend trusting your running in Matt's capable hands enough.
