Attended for a children’s party, felt like they just wanted everyone out. As 45 minutes before closing they announced last orders for hot drinks which was very off putting. Then, lots of children were complaining that they needed the toilets so I went to investigate to see that the boys and girls toilets were closed for cleaning with chairs put in the way, there was only one disabled toilet for a children’s party of 40 kids plus parents, this was not thought through very well. Amazing play centre, we recently held our sons 6th birthday party here - a fab time was had by all. Our son has to follow a strict gluten free diet (he's coeliac). Jollies were able to cater a full gluten free party, care was taken to ensure our sons food was safe for him to eat. The food was delicious and my son got to have a 'normal' party experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks so much to team Jollies, always a 5 star experience when we visit :)

This is by far the best playcentre in Preston. The staff are welcoming and genuinely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get in and the food and drinks are nicely priced too, the staff provide table service which is so welcome when you're with two under threes. Can't recommend this place enough. The actual play area is brilliant. It's interactive and loads of different themed areas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
