As a complete beginner to yoga at age 45 I felt really welcome and fully able participate in the whole class. Jo creates a wonderful calm atmosphere and gives full guidance on how to complete the moves and push yourself further when you can. I'm really enjoying the class, I always leave feeling a lot lighter than when I arrived!

Jo’s yoga class is such a breath of fresh air. She explains everything so well so you never feel left behind, and she has adjustments for all levels. Her classes are fun and you leave full of energy and feeling like you’ve done something really good for yourself. Cannot recommend Jo enough. She’s great fun too :)

Jo’s yoga has been absolutely invaluable to me over the last two years. As well as attending her classes I also do her classes online which are chilled, easy to follow, of varying levels and you can do a five minute yoga practice up to a 40 minute practice. It’s been very good for my mental health.Thank you Jo. ❤️

Started yoga classes with Jo as a complete novice so was quite nervous and apprehensive. However, Jo is so wonderful at making everyone welcome and relaxed. Jo always gives different alternative levels for each position so there is no pressure. I really enjoy the classes and come out feeling refreshed and energised.

I have been attending Jo’s yoga classes for many months now and I love it, Jo is an excellent teacher and classes are suitable for beginners (like me) and more experienced yogis! The classes are relaxed and Jo makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are varied and change every week which is great.
