Excellent BLS&AED training with Russ. Impressive admin and responsiveness from John. Highly recommended.

We are in the process of selling our apartment and at the last minute the lawyers dropped a bombshell and requested a fire inspection. After contacting the fire service, we were told they would be four weeks before they could get out. After reaching out on facebook, we were contacted by John and within 24 hours he had been out and done the inspection. He advised us on a couple of things that were non-compliant which were then rectified and signed off the following day following a reinspection...

Excellent course on fire warden duties delivered by John today. A good mix of listening, discussion and practical exercises. Highly recommended, not just for employees- a lot of the content was highly relevant to running my holiday accommodation business.
