  • As someone who never had any experience with a PT I am glad that I went with Joe for my first experience. He boosted my confidence when it comes to using weights and equipment at the gym, gave me amazing food hacks to hit my protein goals and was incredibly knowledgeable in all areas. Great workout plans and I recommend anyone to work out with Joe. (Disclaimer: The sessions fly by and the workout hits you on your walk to your car).
