  • I have been training with Joe for over 6 months now and he has been nothing short of amazing! Joe is knowledgable, patient, motivating and supportive and I’ve seen more progress than ever physically and mentally. I have a health condition which Joe took the time to research from the start to enable him to train with me in a way that was progressive but manageable. I look forward to seeing how much more I can achieve in the coming months and trust Joe implicitly to guide me.

  • I've been training with Joe for over a year now, and the sessions never fail to inspire me. He creates a very friendly environment where you instantly feel comfortable and can focus on meeting your goals at each session. He helped me to build on my goals week on week in a safe manner, providing helpful tips and education. This led not only to improved fitness, but also better health overall.   • Joe is a really nice funny guy, very positive and encouraging. Great communication and always ready to offer advice and answer questions regarding nutrition and exercise.
