Lost 20lbs before my wedding working with Joe - which was honestly just amazing! Joe is really knowledgeable, motivational, and honest about what you need to do. The focus is on sustainable results, which I love. A fantastic trainer in Brighton. Would definitely recommend!

Joe is a exceptional trainer, super professional and knowledgeable. The study is very comfortable and has everything you need. Training with Joe in the study and having a personalised plan for my gym workouts made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve never worked with a trainer before and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I chose the online training plan. I’ve been working out with Joe for a while now, and I love the progress. Joe is very knowledgeable about fitness and very educated in nutrition as well. He has given me a lots of tips to stay healthy. I would highly recommend Joe to help you along your fitness journey!
